Sairat is a rarely used marathi word. Most marathi prople would not have known it. Sairat does not exactly mean wild. But if someone says "the guy went sairat" people would automatically understand that "the guy went free and wild" even if they have not heard the word sairat before. Also, meaning of zingaat is somewhat similar to sairat. But word zing actually means intoxication.
Actually sairat word came from saira vaira
It can be rare for urban area but it is common in rural area

Great instrumental arrangement...the movie dialogue is in rural Kolhapur Marathi dialect...however they modified the Marathi lyrics to make it less rural dialect so that larger public could understand the words...while retaining the rural essence
