faker is an unbeatable machine. So they gotta come up with excuses as to why he lost whilst trying to make it look like he was the one playing better lol. That game wasnt even close like that. Bjergsen won with atleast 2 waves cs lead and had both sums up at the end. It doesnt make bjergsen the better player overall, it just shows he can compete on a mechanical lvl and had a legit strat comming in like faker the day before, it is as simple as that. Besides it not like any pro player could win like bjergsen did, he is a really good player aswell afterall.

For those people who are saying "remove the minion win condition": complaining about the game instead of improving yourself is a sign of a weak mind. Faker lost fair and square, he had to prepare on the exact same map/rules as Bjerg did.
And ultimately, this 1v1 really doesn't matter since teams win because they work well together, not because all the players are good at 1v1s.

CS is just poor showmanship. Sure farming is important in a game, but ultimately the allure of 1vs1's is exactly in dropping everything else, and just facing an opponent in a fight. And i don't care who won, but i do care about my time and my enjoyment, both of which suffer when i look forward to a fight only for it to be resolved in a farm count.

? Winning trades, with faker in a difficult wave management position and trading in that situation doesn't mean Bjergsen beats faker in 1v1's, you can measure that in all-ins without them caring about the wave, and the only all-in was the last one.
Also, is like the community doesn't watch any sports, a team isn't better than others because they won one time agaisnt the other, it is actually better because it is consistent.

Bjerg knew he couldn't take Faker in a 1v1 fight. So he adjusted his strategy and won. Much like in UFC, fighters work around their opponents strengths. It was an impressive win to say the least.

Everyone saying he just did a cop out to win. Faker had the best cs per minute at this point so winning by cs would have been simple. there are reasons there are more than 1 win condition in this gamemode

There's a lot of people complaining about the cs and tower rules, saying it's a boring way to win. But without those rules there will be no objective to make the players get close to each other. It's when they go for cs and make mistakes you get the interesting fights. If you just removed the minions you'd have long range champs dancing round trying to get lucky with a skill shot and it'd be the most boring thing ever.

in fakers previous match, when he had 99 minions he refused to last hit the minion and went all in for the fight. Everything lead up to this anti-climatic finish, increase the minions to win to 150 else every minion win will be boring. This is supposed to be a fun event, let them fight to win.
