haven't watched your videos in a long while but doing research lately on new build I find that your presence has improved so much, your videos are actually fun to watch now . congrats on the growth .
Extremely underrated comedian. Such an informative and engaging presentation. I see millions of subscribers in the future for this guy.
I really like your take/approach on some of these common questions we all have as computer enthusiasts. Loving the content and the jokes. Keep up the great work. Forgot to add. I would like to see how these chips perform not by just gaming but how a normal user would use. Which could be 3-4 different programs at the same time like playing music and having a voice chat program up or streaming at the same time and having more than one screen. Which is why I have an 8 core chip.
I've been building gaming pc's for 20+ years and core clocks, memory speed and latency are more of a factor when trying to get the most performance from your gpu. And most modern titles are just starting to take advantage of multi cores as most games has been single core driven for years in fact even a 6/12t in today's standards is more than enough in AAA games.
Hey man you helped me make a perfect pc build list now just gotta wait for the parts to be in stock
Mate I just found your channel today and I’ve watched about 30 videos so far. You’re great man. Loving every video so far.
Keep up the incredible enthusiasm 🤙🏼
Would like to see a budget build with parts that are actually available
Watching him unbox just a PC case and peripherals won't be as much exciting
Thank you so much for this video. You deserve so much more subscribers mate - great work as always !
Yes please for the budget friendly version! I’m looking to get my first gaming pc and am still trying to get my head around everything
Those GPU and PC camera shots are always so nice
you are the only channel I found that actually tests how performance is when disabling cores just out of curiosity. Very interesting video you deserve a sub
I really enjoy your sense of humor. It makes the videos so much more interesting to watch. For once I'm happy with a youtube video suggestion. Keep up the great work.
3:28 .yes make another video talking about budget friendly cpu and gpu combo. good job on the video- only thing is sometimes I got to slow it down a bit to understand what you are saying- but that is probably because i am not pc savvy - great job.
Why am I simultaneously properly informed and completely charmed by every video you do. Great stuff!!
Great video thanks. You need to try out Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and run the tests on that. As they optimise the game it will be interesting to see what gains we get. I’d love to see you playing MSFS!
How many cores do you need?
Answer:as much as you can afford
@@monjakey You can also play fine on a CPU with 4 cores but high clock speed.
I always wonder what you do with the products that you open
you put a lot of effort into these videos you deserve more subscribers.
Can you make a video talking about/putting together whats going to be the best budget pc for 2021
Its nice to know from your video how what CP--Use in for my pc
Loved every sec of it!
Your videos are always so helpful sir!!!
The big difference you're going to see with more cores is frametime consistancy especialy in high action moments.
i want to play apex with highest possible lows and 5600x / 5800x are both in my price range. So I probably should go for the 5800x?
Yes I would like a budget version thanks
great monitor and pc budget friendly bundle video maybe if ok!
You're recent videos have been very informative lately. Liking it! :-)
For Cyberpunk to be properly tested you'd need to go to the Corpo areas where the NPC and vehicle count is much higher. Nice video though. Was interesting to see the result.
Yeah man, plis do something like this but with a 3060ti, because I believe this is around what many of us are looking for and will actually buy.
Great work by the way.
Correction, many of us will put in cart and have stolen by scalping bot.
i think the 2060ti or 2080ti is a little bit more butget, but with the 3060ti you can also make a good video
Really like the content. Would be great to see this comparison for Alder Lake 12th Gen CPUs (core i5 vs core i7 vs core i9) with 3060ti, 3070, 3060 and 3050
Good video, thanks for sharing.
Cyberpunk is running fine on my 3600x with a 3070 at 1440p. I’ve tweaked some of the RT and DLSS settings and have no issues at all with it after the latest updates.
Can you do benchmarks on rust for your next pc build? I’m looking at parts for my first pc and rust is one of the games I really want to get, not many people are using rust for benchmarks.
Nice! Can you do this with editing?
Writing from California: Great video and yes, I would like to see a similar topic like this on more mid-tier and budget CPU's. Especially, helpful to those considering a budget laptop and needing to get a baseline of how various budget CPUs perform for basic gaming.
Also amazing that the 5600x performs well at 80% or so utilization on Cyberpunk with 2 cores disabled.
Take care,
Ravi Peiris M.D.
Fine job with this. As a CORE-tesy, could you also show the 3600X results with the same setup?
I'm planning to build my first PC in the next few days. Finding AMD Ryzen 5s have been very hard. Would you be able to conduct a similar test with Intel CPUs, which tend to be higher in supply.
Thanks so much you honestly do not know how much this helped me out. Also I have a question, what is better at running advanced hardware ryzen or core? This has been bugging me for ages.
Do you have a similar video for GPU? I can’t se one on your channel. Trying to get my head around what specs to look out for etc
Could you ever do a single pc build for gaming and streaming ?
Hello, what’s the program you use to track cpu / gpu usage?
hi pc centric can you do a video on the i5 10400f and what pairs well with it
I think to do a true test you need more programs running in the background. ie a gamer might normally have a media player for MP3s running in the background, or a CZcams talking clip, and also Discord for chat. How does that affect the need for cores?
Lol being from London your humour is brilliant 👏 😄 plus I be joining pc gaming real soon need all the info I need ty for vids
Happy with 8 cores just to be future-proof 😌
i love your speakers stands .. what are they and where did you get them .. thank you
I be interested to find out a update on the 5800x temps for stock and overclocked to find out if they fixed the issue.
great video, i have one question, whats the state with AMD gpu drivers?
Are there problems like whit 5700xt?
Doing the same test with a 3070 would be nice! Im considering an upgrade from OG ryzen 7 2700 to 5000 series
I'd love a video with a similar set up but looking at gaming fps while streaming.
Hitman 3 has a setting to take advantage of having 8 cores and above on CPUs. It is remiss of this video not to mention that, and although we can only speculate if that will come to other games, it is something people should be aware of in choosing a gaming CPU. (edited after 3 likes, I previously stated this was only for Intel, but the game setting makes no such distinction).
@@Olivertree75 tf its one of the best games out there. Go play your glitchy cybershit, which after 2 weeks everyone forgot about lol
Would really like a multiplayer test with these cpu's thanks Buddy
Yes please do a budget friendly version 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I recently acquired the Ryzen 9 5900X for a bargain price of $180, and although I'm not sure about its performance, I must say my computer is incredibly speedy. I paired it with a complimentary 1080ti hybrid graphics card boasting 12GB of VRAM, and now my system effortlessly handles any task. Surprisingly, my total expenditure for the entire PC setup amounted to just $500. :)
Holy crap I don't know how but Marcus can read my mind. I was not sure whether to buy a Gen 3 or Gen 4 SSD and then Marcus drops his video comparing them. I couldn't decide between Ryzen 7 and 9 and he uploads this.
Awesome video bro
Getting ready to buy my first pc hopefully I don’t die
love your videos
Please do a silent black build with the ryzen 5 5600x and 3060ti (no RGB)
What software do u use to monitor those parameters?
Hello am building my first computer and was after some advice for the Corsair Crystal 280x which is the best motherbord to get ? Cheers
Hey I am a recent subscriber because I am looking to build a pc for the first time and needed to know all the ins and outs of pc hardware. I am looking to go for a (budget) build (I dont mind splurging a bit for performance). I was eyeing your 3060 ti complete build as one to emulate. I was just wondering if you or anyone else has any tips on how to actually get a gpu these days? Im looking at gigabyte, asus and evga.
Fair test! But I do wonder what the results would have been compared to 1080p and 4k but 1440 is probably what most of us will game at
No, man, most people game at 1080 and I mean the vast majority. I bet you there's still more people playing at 720 and even lower resolutions than at 1440. You can check that on steam and I'm writing this 1 year latter.
Video comparing the intel i7 10700k vs Ryzen 5 5600X?
A more scientific and clearer approach would have been binning the clocks to something around 4 Ghz which all CPUs can reach easily. This is because across all the CPUs as the 5900x does boost a bit more than the other two. The 5300x simulation was good though!
Can you do a video with all the best stuff for gaming as I'm looking for a video for that as I'm also trying to build a pc for minecraft
on screen conclusion would be nice
Even tho I’m not into pc gaming. I still watch because of your humor. 😂
'It's either going to be the GPU, or the CPU.'
Me: It's the RAM.
@@dajalsejakdini @Troll486 I had 8GB ddr4 2400mhz but I have 16GB now :-). Speed is still a bottleneck though
yess please make a budget version of it. Likely with 10th gen intel cpus please
For gaming and streaming what cpu would you recommend. With 3060ti?
Un video bastante informativo. Espero pueda traducir este mensaje porque se ha ganado un seguidor más. I would like the video about more budget-performance GPUs. Thanks.
Wow this really helped me - i know nothing about gaming pcs but im interested in building one or ordering a pre-made one and before i saw this video i was like well obviously 5 is the worst and 9 the best - but now im just gonna go with the six cores and save money.
What are good budget specs but stil with good fps and stuff
(I dont know everything still wanting to buy my first one)
Pretty interesting to see performance of all 3 and show that more cores isn't everything (at least not so for gaming). I got the 5800x at msrp, which I know I know is overpriced. However, 5900x has been impossible to get at msrp and so has the 5600x. The scalp prices for the 5600x are at the same costs or higher than the msrp of 5800x.
Considering I want to build then forget and this is the last generation on this mode I’m going i9 and living the overkill dream (until 12 cores becomes the new sweet spot)
I've noticed in Division 2 that my 6 core rigs 8700K and 10400 have been stuttering a bit. My 8 core 3700X build has no issues. So is 8 core now the new standard for gaming?
I have never seen you do a call of duty game fps with any card! Let’s get one please! I appreciate you!
I never see people giving the Witcher series enough love. It’s great to see it here
Would love a video about budget streaming with the ryzen 5 3600 paired with the GTX 1660 super or 1660ti !!
Yes, I'm running a 1660 super with 9600k at the moment. Budget build more or less. I run over 144 fps when I turn settings down lower in warzone /cold war. 1080p 144hz monitor. Eventually plan to upgrade to 9900k when price goes back down to $299 at Microcenter. And 3060ti when they become more available, close to msrp.
@@nbowling10trio I might have to wait more 3 to 4 months to build my PC , the prices of components are ridiculous high in my region , the 3060 ti costs like 700 dollars here. I will eventually start building my PC once the prices become normal.
Crazy times man ! The PC market is over the rooftop !
pls make a budget friendly verson of this, that would be awesome
I’m so glad that you’ve done this video because I’ve listened to people like Tech Deals who talk about the amount of cores needed for gaming in 2020/2021. Appreciate the video
Edit: Okay maybe you could have tested multitasking whilst gaming to actually show off the extra cores.
Great content dude, really enjoying it! Please can you build me a high end PC for 4k gaming?
Would like to see a comparison of Ryzen 5 CPUs performance at 4k. 1600, 2600, 3600 & 5600x to see if they bottleneck a RX6800 series or RTX 3080? I have an older Ryzen chip and I'd like to know if I got a 4k capable GPU do I have to upgrade the CPU as well?
Thanks!
Hey mate, what do you use to get all the results and monitoring CPU GPU
Do you have any Intel 3-5000 price range builds that can do 4k? Because I'ma trying to build my first PC and I want it 4k Intel
So 1080p is more intensive on the CPU then 4k?
Then which processor should I choose? I am confused. Everything looks kinda the same to me except those chores
Please do a budget version of this. Maybe with a 3060 TI...?
is that the Acer XV273K? Awesome monitor :)
Is a 4 cores 8 threads cpu perfect for 1080p ultra gaming without getting bottlenecked? Even in 2021 games
I just purchased Ryzen 9 3900x 12core. Any idea what kind of graphics card I should get that would be able to keep up with it.
Love that this channel is growing so quick
Keep up the great work
Simulate 4 cores with one of those ryzen at 1080p with rtx 3060 ti please.
I’ve always wondered if the amount of cores CORE-esponds to gaming performance
Haha nice pun!
Weak joke... EXACTLY MY STYLE
fantastic joke!
