When he said “he has a blue polo on” and geo wizard said “bless him” 😂
Lmao😂 That got me good
“The skin around the tree” as well lmao
The son looks southern lol
HATS LOL AND THE MONEY
No punch line?
Imagine Ludwig gets kidnapped and has to describe where he is to the FBI, just for him to use these descriptions.
Mans will be in Africa while they're searching Russia.
Best comment ever
FBI: How arrid is it out of ten?
Ludwig *looks around seeing only sand
"1/10 Mr FBI!"
Tom is sitting at his home and he gets a call. He answers gets a super vague description and pins the location down to 2 city blocks in the Congo.
They'll have to bring in Tom
LMFAOOO TRUE
Takeaways from this video:
- Lud doesn’t know what a coastline is
- Lud doesn’t know what arid means
- Lud doesn’t know what ferns are
- Lud doesn’t know what mountains are
- Lud doesn’t know what wheat is
- Lud doesn’t know what a speed bump is
- Lud doesn’t know what a pine tree is
Most importantly the speed bumps

@@katjohnson6023 I am at the exact same moment you are, "the skin around the tree is definitely brown" LOOOOOOOOOOOL

Lud: these are some premium mountains
And the one time he sees an actual mountain he's like "Uhh hills maybe idk lol"
Same vibe as the "Is this a pigeon?" meme.
yeah, ludwig has never... seen a mountain right?
Ludwig googling everything afterwards and just saying "yeah.. uh huh." has me DYING
Reading the comments has me dying right now lol
*literally just grass*
Ludwig : "Ah yes, a natural wheat field"
Geowizard: the coastline
Ludwig: Ahh yes, the horizon
imagine if he couldnt see the horizon when looking at the ocean, like wtf
I heavily relate to that specific guy in the chat who said "dude how the fuck did you graduate"
he graduated cum laude too 😂
he graduated in america, I think that's important to point out..

Well, technically he was right, those weren’t evergreens 🤷🏻♀️
WHEN HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT FERNS ARE 😭😭
i’m dying at ludwig calling the mountain arid and chat just going “?????”
People always talk about how intelligent Ludwig is but this entire video had me beyond confused at how little he could verbally communicate what he was seeing 😂
Ludwig: *drives over a speedbump* "Ooh lovely mountain there"
Top comment worthy
“Weird crosswalk”
This made me crack brother..
thanks for the laugh
Seems like his vocabulary stretches to a mountain or completely flat
I like how he starts with calling everything arid, gets told it's wrong, and starts calling everything very NOT arid
Seeing La Paz at first appear to be a large expanse of dusty brick gravel or, like Ludwig thought, a wasteland of trash and waste over maybe a couple hundred feet, then seeing him zoom in to, what happened to be literally hundreds of thousands of buildings over multiple kilometers, was genuinely shocking and eye-opening. The only thing in my head that made me think I was wrong before he zoomed in was the thought "Oh wait, the clouds are so close to their own shadow, this has to actually be a massive valley..."
The scale of the view visible from that road was an experience that I don't think I can fully understand as a mere coastal American. It's incredible just to look at it.
It totally threw me off as well. Absolutely astonishing. My mind immediately started drifting away, thinking about the fact that right now, somewhere on this planet, there actually is a city like this in a giant valley at 3,500m elevation. It felt incomprehensible for a while. I could never imagine ever seeing this with my own eyes.
Lud: "He's driving on the right side of the road"
Chat: "ItS nEw ZeAlaNd"
I love how humble GeoWizard is, how he never gets cocky or makes fun of Ludwig's mistakes. He is just so chill and down to earth. Such a lovely guy to watch and likely interact with too. All the good in the world to him and his journeys, God bless!
have you watched his straight line hike across a country series? realllly goood

Geowizard is a fantastic character. I think that part of the humility may also be knowing there are people better than you- although hes a brilliant player and brought the game to a big audience, you can see in the tournaments that he hosts that there are some people who essentially have memorised the earth (granis, topotic, sub symmetry, geoalok- who actually has memorised the entirety of Vietnam. all are youtubers too)
Ludwig sees a bunch of hills:
"so I see big towering mountains"
Ludwig sees THE LITERAL ANDES:

This is so unbelievably fucking funny. This is the greatest content imaginable.
“This is going to depend on your ability to paint the picture of these trees in my head”
“Alright lemme pull out my Picasso.

From ludwig calling the somewhat run down houses in greece “a house james bond could reture to” and those trees tall, I will infer that ludwig himself is about 3 inches tall and was picked from a trashcan

Its incredible how these two are single handily carrying the task of making Geoguessr mainstream, how do they manage to make it so entertaining??
Two takeaways for me:
-Ludwig doesn't know what arid means or what mountains are
-Poland has some beautiful forests
Highly recommend visiting Poland! I went the other year and couldn't believe how beautiful it was (especially for a country you don't hear people talk lots about for where to go on holiday in Europe). It's also super cheap and has lots of really great (and important/sad) history

Well, not everyone ends up being the crop of the cream for their major eh? You know, some C's here and there you may still graduate
@@Ryan-sn3uo he said "tree skin"
@@Ryan-sn3uo Your quality of English is dictated mostly by how versed you are with reading, writing, that sort of stuff. So those who are drawn to such a course, tend to have that necessary experience with the language. After all, who do a course in English if you're not interested in English? But yeah, the course itself is more about understanding literature rather than the quality of your English. In fact, being too artsy or obscure with your language is usually considered a bad thing. Your essays are meant to be accessible and easy to read, not something to show off your vocabulary with. So while it's easily possible to get a major in English with poor English, you've got to wonder why do a course in English if it's not something you're experienced with...
