5:20 those are part of the fortune telling tradition of I-ching, symbolizing elements, direction, etc. You can find those symbols in the Korean flag as well!

I couldn’t decide which one to pick. I’m such a magpie too!! But it’s a but much, the cost between the 2decks. I already feel bad buying one, because it’s a luxury item. But I soooo love the art. The paper deck has much brighter colours, I like that.

It’s a beautiful deck. I got the plastic deck today and the colors are not vibrant like the pictures on Kickstarter. I have other plastic decks and the colors are vibrant so not sure what type of coating they did on the plastic. I love the book ❤
Good to know! How’s the shuffle on the plastic. Is it stiff plastic or bendy?
@@RobynsReflections the cards are thin and bendy. Easy to shuffle but almost a little too big for my hands. It is a beautiful deck.
@@carolynbmokay that’s cool! Yea I was a little afraid about the size. The dullness is a disappointment. They took on such a big challenge doing three versions. I don’t love the coating on the holo but that paper deck is perfection.
