hello thank you so much for your feedback, explanation and your demonstration i undesrtand. If I understand your feelings correctly, you recommend the 3L or 3m for bigband and the 2L for orchestra and classical. And the difference between L and M is the depth of the bowl which is shallower for the M? kind regards Pascal

As a long time Glenn Miller fan I must say your nickel 3L suits the Miller sound very well.

Not yet, I've tried copies or based on Monette but not a original. One of the few only brands that I've not had a chance yet :)

Hello there are a Big différence between 3M2 and 3 M? ( I have a 3M2 nickel i feel it a little too shallow )

Hey Jean, not a big difference but enough to make you feel more comfortable if you feel the M2 too shallow. I would definitely change to a 3M
@ with thé 7 M the sound IS more fat with thé 3M2 i Can play double hight C ,but i don t have thé same fat , soulfull sound ?!!
