I've been saying Niko at the point for a while now , He's not a guy that's pushing to be the number one option he can get other people involved and he's a good passer can see the court. He's going to be the tallest point guard on the floor. Perfect! And he's not too bad on defense to where he can guard the smaller point guard and put pressure on them. Also, now you can debate whether you want Terry or Tyler at the two starting
Jovic and Ware as 1 and 5 I think would be pretty dominant against a lot of benches, all you have to do is throw scorers in between 2-4 and in a few years I think they'll have the athletic gifts combined with Heat training to beat most starting line ups. It's something we should invest in early even if it's not a Finals worthy line up this year. We now have two very young, very high potential players, something that is practically miraculous for the Heat since we would rather be 11th than tank for a lottery pick. The last time we got something like this was Tyler and Bam and adding a prime Jimmy Butler to them in their first and 3rd year is what got us multiple Finals in the first place. With PG Jovic that would also just so happen to fill the only inconsistent positions we've had with this group. As sad as it is to say, with the way Jimmy plays basketball and how old he is, there's no shot he lasts as long as LeBron, and he's only 1 year younger than Kevin Love, so we also don't exactly have time to replace him, nor do I think we even intend to, so I see it as our best and most realistic shot of significantly improving the team.
Moving Bam to the 4 Spot will ensure that hes not in a disadvantage matchup all game. Him at the center make him play against Taller more heavy guys. Also when they put him in the pick and roll he has to match up against quicker guys that can shoot. The 4 is perfect for his skillset. Now if he is willing and aggressively taking and making those mid range shots Miami will be a force to recon with. I hope Spo can make this adjustment. If they continue to play him as they have been Miami will be stuck in the mud
Im not opposed to Jovic getting PG minutes but im not sure how he'll do against opponent pgs. Reminds me of Ben Simmons but with a jump shot. But yes, a lineup with Jovic, Bam and Ware? Yeah sign me up. We'll have a more versatile version of Minny's triple big threat

Should of traded Jimmy before the draft, draft Clingan and trade back up get Ware. That would of solved our rebounding issues for years. Tired of us getting bullied in the paint. I love Jimmy, but I don't want to lose Jimmy and let him walk next year for nothing.
Point Jovic is a great idea in moderation. His court vision is going to be great with Bam and Ware. This lets Tyler play off the ball more.
