I tried an egg mask when I was younger and ended up with cooked eggs in my hair and avocado strings everywhere lol I’m trying again though
Happy you're giving it another chance hun. But this time, try rinsing the mask out with less warm water instead of warm water. The water should be on the cooler side if you can. Definitely not too warm or hot water else it'll cook the eggs 😊❤️

Do you use conditioner after you wash before applying the mask?
No hunnie, you dont need to use conditioner before applying the mask as the mask contains more nutrients and nourishment than any regular conditioner on the market. Dont waste your conditioner when using the mask. The mask does a better job than the conditioner. Save your regular conditioner and also reduce your wash day time by skipping the regular conditioner. 😊❤️

Hey Ola! Sorry about your experience. This could be two things:
1. Could be you washed off with too warm water and got the eggs scrambling up looking like little particles. If that's the case, in the future use cool water to wash off or skip/ take out the egg.
2. Could also be the ingredients weren't blended well enough, so if this was the case in the future please use a tight or cheesecloth to sift through before applying just incase ingredients don't get well blended.

Yes Diary, can be applied on locs. Just make sure you wash out thoroughly all the hair mask. Also ensure there're no lumps in your mask else can be hard getting them out of the locs. ❤️
Your daughter's hair is beautiful. Please take my next comment with love. The mixture is great as a conditioner! However, this mixture should not be a seen as protein treatment because the molecules are too large and are washed away. A protein treatment has smaller molecules that attach to the strands (does not wash off), which are hydrolysed proteins.

My daughter has been on natural hair since she was born.
She is eight years old now, she visited my mum and they used a texturizer on her hair. Can the hair go back to natural?
Can I use this kind of mask for her?
It takes about 8 to 10 weeks for a texturised hair to return to natural, that's if the texturiser wasn't left in the hair for too long on the first application as texturisers are only meant to loosen your curls unlike relaxers. However there could be hair damage since texturisers are chemicals so yes please, try this mask as its really good for damaged and dry hair. ❤️
