I’ll never forget the first time I heard bane 1999 I was in 8th grade and knew hardcore was for me and I was that misfit with a place to fit in! Thank you to bane and all the bands that got me through my teens and my continuing adulthood! Oxnard hardcore 805 (nardcore)

I went to the final two shows. I'm sorta old and had been out of the loop on going to the shows. The show the night before was good, but was surprisingly low key and a bit of an odd energy. I was like "was hardcore always like this and now I'm just older?" I scrambled to find a ticket for the last show. Show up in time to see Saves the Day (awesome!). And then this set was absolutely fucking bonkers. Unreal. Great memories. Thanks for everything, Bane. Still have an old ass EE Cummings hoodie lying around somewhere.

Currently commenting around the 35 minute mark. Bane is one of those bands that came out way before my time. I got into hardcore about 10 years ago when I was in sixth or seventh grade. I never sought out bane but am excited for the rest of this video. Hardcore is beautiful and I just love it
