The reason it's Mark Rivera and not Charlie De Chant on sax is because when Hall and Oates reformed for the Ooh Yeah album they chose to have a different band. They kept T-bone but replaced Mickey Curry on drums, G.E Smith on guitar and Charlie. This show is from that tour.
they replaced them with more of TBONES friends also- I know that is Bob Mayo from Peter Frampton on keyboards(old high school mate of t bone) and local sax man Mark Rivera(Billy Joel) fame.
