Some words I want to say.
I didn't have the most optimal Harvesect on me at this time. The best one I would think to use, would be a Very Brawny, Clumsy, Sluggish personality, with Bug Essence or Health Amulet. And then just plop Parasitize on it and you'll be fine. as for TPs, you can use 200 HP, 200 Melee Attack, 44MDef and 56 RDef. I used my pvp harvesect and that did the job (TPs: 200 health, 200 m atk and 100 r def)

I love how the new saddle is basically Metronette deciding to use its trainer as a puppet.
The strat that worked for me and my friend was soul burst eruption turn 1 to put down fire on the field while they used harvesect to deal damage. Then our 2nd loomians were Charyonx and Infernix which brought it down to 1 bar, after that you need someone to have an gastroke with a clutch plushie and return to sender. Once the metro hits you use return to sender and sweep the last row with one hit.
Once I found out it was 4X weak to bug; I instantly resorted to Harvesect. Instant W. Even carried some others
thanks for the guide! my friend and i didn’t have all of the stuff to do this so we just ended up having a wintrix and then halvantic in our parties and it kinda worked! a +1 smart wintrix with brain freeze did a ton of damage + the tase from halvantic was really sweet. even with that surpise, harv and soulburst eruptidon still carried lol
I was able to beat it solo with a square one cephalops. You just has to use it as soon as metro got the stat buff, and the dark essence helped me heal a lot from the soul drain

That’s how i soloed both gamemodes, it works really well!
My cephalops isn’t that pvp so I can’t solo, but it works incredibly well. I gave mine a health amulet and just watched it take care of the last bar of hp while constantly healing from soul drain and the health amulet.

My reccomendation is that the best type of harvesect has to have a Very Brawny, Clumsy, Tender personality (or Very Brawny, Clumsy, Sluggish). My set is equally personalized which is: (For V Brawny, Clumsy, Sluggish)
Melee Attack 200 TP
Health 200 TP
Range Def 50 TP
Melee Def 50 TP
It would have a balanced category of defs due to tender which lowers a little bit of melee def as it doesn't bother range def which is low. as well as a lot of attack power and some hp. I use power cuffs just to make that extra damage (since Harvesect doesn't use energy).
But second most important loomian has to be cephalops with the move Square One. If you dont know Square One move has the ability to reset all buffs. It is especially useful against all soul burst loomians, especially to soul burst metronette which typings are fire and dark. While cephalops is water and dark. Making it the best durable support for both normal and nightmare mode. Unfortunately I don't exactly have the best tps on cephalops but it is still useful. Other than that, use these two to carry numerous people and it works.

Also I wanna add that you could use a brawny very clumsy nimble sa sumobito or very brawny clumsy nimble as it can be useful with parasitize

If you have a loomian that has square one, it’ll reset all the raised stats of the soul burst metro, making the fight 100 times easier.

@@Darksharknado plus Cephalops is like a tank with health. Just give him soul drain as well and he should be fine.
Using vesperatu with blood drain and some attack moves is also a pretty good idea, because Metronette’s attacks aren’t that effective towards Vesperatu and you can take HP each turn and also attack at the same time

my team was charonyx (smart clever w/ apparition, quad effect,) boots fire breath smart odoyaga OR scuffed indiff square one cephalops (depends what my teammate had,) and v brawny harvesect with parasitize
apparition is quad effect since mind is weak to spirit and the move is specifically strong against dark types
if my teammate had a cephalops, i took odoyaga
if my teammate didn't, i took my cephalops
im not sure what the bosses base speed is but it outsped my 101 speed char with boots (yes, im going to make a new one,)
my odoyagas speed was 121 and with boots it outsped and moved first, used boots since metro can ohko it if it presses the right moves
this was nightmare btw
The loom i used there was harvesect and a Sb eruptidon while my friend had a hoganosh to tank hits
soulburst florant + boots dreggodyyne carried me and this guy until the last bar where we just sweeped it with harvesect

I also recommend Cephalops for its Square One move which will remove its stat boosts.
The build that worked best for me was soul burst eruptidon up first, absolutely blasted metronette, and then spammed fire moves until it died. Threw in my garbantis and spammed battering ram, and then in desperation, I put in my harvesect spamming parasitize.
i was carried with a dude using twilats evolution in the day. he used luminous roar disabled the metro dark type moves i just kept damaging it he sharpen and killed it.
I used a moreel that just spammed tamp with health amulet and soft water soloed the whole thing
Basically, pvp bug types and other PvP super effective types
I’m gonna say, if you want to cheese it, just use Cephalops, it’s a slow process but your spamming soul drain and every time it raises its stats just use Square One

I used anomaly dreggodyne ps with archaic shell, just used draco beam and slumber, sa tiklipse with health amulet (i had noticed it uses shadow pulse a lot thats why) and v smart charonyx with highest tp trained defenses with apparition. This team can bring it down to 1 bar solo ez

I recommend using cephalop move which is square one bs it reset all buffs on the the boss
It's better to use the move when he buffs his defense or attack and used it on 1-2 bar and spam harvesect life steal 🙃
The dark/water type roamimg has a move that resets all stats buffs and debuffs its good for this and a harvecest thats pvp made is good you can use bulk up for more damage but with out it max melee attack lv 50 parasite takes half its hp

Beat it with my 2nd attempt with a random. Uses harv bugolen and tikiplispe. Lead with buzzolen and Tikiplispe in the back praying it doesn't use mega punch.
I guess I'll using 3 havesects with health amulets since I have no other bug teams

i beat nightmare mode yesterday it took like 17 tries
i played with my gf and she has a basic team as shes only got into it soo doesnt have pvp looms and we both used eruptidon hellstorm spam then i ran harvesect and cephalops as u can square one at the end if this helps anyone and we done it very easy she just had swolder eruptidon and harvesect that arent even good so i basically solod soo its decently easy

Imo I thought Dreggodyne was harder just because you had to rely on Wabalisc to carry which could take a while. This though I beat 1st try with a Harvasect, Fiscarna and Deludrix .
Moreel can solo nightmare Metro. It takes a long time tho because it needs to set up some tamps and soft water but it works. Normal difficulty it depends cause Metro as pyrokinesis and nightmare doesnt

On the loomian discord server I was being an A**hole and saying that metronett soul burst existed an I described exactly this on accident.
I also used an ika so I dunnoif its good but maybe have a flame shell. It helped a lot honestly and this is my opinion so dont go saying another item is better im just giving opinions :)

I usually fight everything by myself. Some ppl say my team is not strong but usually I beat it. This nightmare mode I almost beat it with npc 1 health bar left. My team is ikazune, zuelong and a soul burst fire loom. 😅If metronette use that sinistter I dead meat alr

I manage to beat this in my first try because at the end of the fight i got a crit which really help me

I have done the 3 star raid for 3 times and still havent gotten the soul gem, and i have defeated the nightmare mode two times and still No gem, what could the problem be?
But how do I train them fast, even with exp boost and the atlanthian park guy, it still incredibly slow and my lazy butt simply does not have the patient to level up loomains from like 22 to 50.
