For me. Ub40 s finest work. Listening to this on anything but vinyl is criminal. Trying to keep still is impossible. Its in my mind ub40 at there best. Comment if you think anythings better. Ub40 made so many amazing tracks But i allways go back to this

The first three albums of UB40, and obviously the consequent live album were brilliant. While I liked them for a long time since, I feel they didn't reach the level/vibe of those first albums. Although I have a severe soft spot for Baggariddm. That was a cool album and one I think has gone past most people (except the hit singles I got you and don't break my heart, which I didn't really liked). Folitician is a great song. It'll never lose it's strength.

Their first 3 album I guess...SO, PA and UB44 if I`m not wrong are very expressive and dynamic, through their music.I mean it`s a symphony with all the instruments...on later albums,including cover ones,a kind of boring and same tune is installed.Idn if you understand me,but the first albums were more music like...raggae but at the same time jazz,rock and heavy DUB...I mean...wow...later...mm,so-so...not so fresh anymore
Forte Aspacardin And Geffrey Morgan imo one of their finest albums
Signing Off was definitely the best followed by Present Arms and then UB44 and Geffrey Morgan equally. A few of their tracks which aren't on these albums deserve a mention....Sufferin (B side of Riddle Me), Dubmobile, All I Want To Do and Alum Rock.......Most of their other stuff doesn't compare with their early work...such a shame.
@@cashpanache you're right, lads! Geoffrey Morgan is very good as well...I like what Ali is doing now, tbh...A Real Labour Of Love and Silhouette were dope, honestly. Not DUB.or early stuff like, but still good!
