The base is 12 inches, 2kg for the four layers
The second one is 8 inches, 1kg for the four layers
And the cap is 125g

Messy paste
It's fondant that is squashed and turned into paste.
You use small water to dissolve the fondant so that it looks like a paste.

Messy paste is marshed fondant mixed with little water. You can also use royal icing that is slightly thicker
