I know it’s harder to see the dirt and that’s a negative but the sounds of the squeegee and the brushes on the asphalt are music to my ears! Can’t get that when I have the tarp under or the foam mats. So every so often I’ll wash it on the asphalt. ❤️😊🤤🤤

@@herile6898 yes with my babe sick I didn’t get to go wash rugs yesterday or day before, but since he was feeling better today I snuck out for a few and washed 2 small rugs and the asphalt scrubbing,(one which I want to upload tomorrow because it’s a thanksgiving rug) and then on Monday I’ll upload the pavement/black asphalt scrub for you. Then Wednesday or Thursday upload the second rug I washed today. We are going on vacation Saturday night and I’m bringing some of my rugs to see if I have time or place there to do it! I rented an AIRBNB in Georgia where there’s supposed to be the best top soil around! So really hoping I’ll be able to get my hands on their delicious dirt and mud for some of my rugs. We will see. No promises as it’s supposed to be very very cold in the 30’s and sunset is like 5ish? And we will be out most of the day while visiting there. But! I’ll try my best!! ❤️
I thought i alr commented but , THIS WAS AMAZING !! But one thing , i don’t rlly like the raking . I think the raking messes up the rug or like add marks , which makes it not look fluffy when you squeege . But this video was still sooo good !! ❤

Yes it’s broken 😞 and I didn’t buy a new one. This is the second I buy and breaks. It’s a lot of money. And I haven’t been washing rugs in my lanai anymore because the problem I have with not having a drain it’s just too hard for me. Takes me many hours to wash a rug there due to having to stop and manually taking out the water and foam. 🥹I don’t have access to power when I wash outside so don’t think I’ll be using a machine anytime soon. Sorry 😢

When I started my channel I was going to make it all mixed ASMR videos and bought gym chalk and it was soooo expensive!! So looked for an alternative and learned the recipe with baking soda instead. I kid you not, I must have over a hundred boxes of the small baking soda in my pantry! 😂😂😂 Never made it once for a video, just to try it out since changing my mind and making this channel mainly on rug washing and sometimes scrubbing pavement or asphalt. So I decided I will start using the baking soda on my rugs to wash. I brought it yesterday when I was washing this rug and forgot to use it! But I thought the green food coloring stains were going to give me a hard time to remove and was planning on using the baking soda then, but came out so effortlessly I ended up forgetting to use it.
Someone was selling their home and posted on FB marketplace they had serval huge pieces of this carpet they made into big area rugs and I picked them up and cut up a bunch of pieces different sizes etc. to use for my videos. I love it too! So satisfying to wash and watch but also to step on, it’s so comfy!
I buy them used from FB marketplace, or thrift shops, some are my family’s and friend’s rugs, now I’m up on vacation and staying at an Airbnb and washing their rugs lol. I wash anything I can find. I have found a couple in the trash, some I posted an ad if anyone was donating rugs and some did. Some from dollar tree…. I got a huge carpet scrap someone was moving and I cut up in different piece sizes and shapes and use that. I have started cutting up some bigger rugs I also got (bought used on fb marketplace) and they’re too big so have cut the up in pieces again different sizes and shapes…. (Haven’t gotten to wash these yet.) Just have to be creative and come up with ideas and think outside the box.
