Really miss this show even though its now on DVD of the first an second season it should be brought back so many things were left open ended that needed a satisfying conclusion. The producers of the show should at least make another mini-movie that offers some explanations.
It is disappointing we rarely see them in their native form, but they decided to write their human appearance into the plot and made it a driving part of the story. Not only does it save them thousands of dollars in make-up and effects, but it gave them a twist to play on that the original V barely touched upon, that the skin is permanent until their goals are achieved, with the major side-effect that it affects their natural physiology and minds, making them more human within. We infect them.
@whitemanstand72 I never could get into Battlestar Galatica, never saw much more than the first couple of episodes. :) I'm sure it was fine, I just personally don't like mixing mystism and sci-fi. Just me I guess.
See that's where the show lost me. Aliens intrested in human souls? That's more a demon thing. It was better when they wanted to take all our water and use as food. At lest that SOUNDS like something aliens would do. Not a fan of mixing religion and magic in with sci-fi.
Anna doesn’t really know what’s a soul since she thinks she’s superior which is why she struggles. Basically she’s to trying to fix something that can’t be fixed
Aliens, demons, religion and magic are all different names for the same thing. Beside human beings, the other two types of creatures are angels and Jinn. Only the humans use a billion different names to mention individuals of the Jinn nation.
@@Gabriela_BA Well, that's one theory but I don't think a lot of people think that way and it comes off as weird to see it in a sci-fi series. If you're going to do something like that you need a sci-fi explanation like maybe souls are energy and they want the energy or something like that.
@@LibraGamesUnlimited Actually souls are energy. That's why others creatures wants to use human souls as batteries; the soul is one of the most powerful carriers of energy. But I understand your point about what people may expect in a sci-fi show.
I just loved how they honestly thought that the soul could be obtained. lol

I wish some network would pick it up, and start doing this show again. I would love to see the 3rd season. Maybe like the syfy channel.

what i don't like is that most of the time they don't show their real looking, even when they are in their ships and with their own people
