Depending on where you live it may or may not be street legal. The main thing is the tires being so offset most states have a bumper height limit and if you meet or exceed it you need mud flaps but in this case mud flaps wont do much lol

My bronco has literally the same wheel and tire set up its off road only now but my grandma used to drive it to work everyday with the 49 inch swampers😂 just as long as you have a stock picture of what your driving for insurance company😂😂

In the back is the radiator and radiator fans. Putting it up higher keeps it from sitting in water and getting all clogged up from mudding.
