Nowadays, you can do this with a Heron Navy or a Probe Fleet and benefit from 2x neuts with more tank. Terrifying in scout plexes.

My Poor Little Incursus with 3 Killmarks, I thought I had you when I landed the scram, oow how wrong I was lol.. The neuts did the job here and it disabled my ancil armor repper. Railguns because everyone expect blasters ^^

Could definitely do that but i prefer the dcu allows me to tank more and for the neat to have more affect on the fight.
