And I wouldn’t put my own music on in the gym; I need to hear the environment or I get anxious (wich is weird because most autists want the music to get in their bubble but okay). I always workout on the gyms own music. But thats nice too to get hyped. At home though, yes! I can get the most serious emotions depending on the music especially when I sing along.
