try this method on your main, blood barraging without using prayer, u can just afk until they un-agro (for the rich and lazy people)
I don't really see the point in using altar to get prayer xp on an ironman. Ectofuntus gives more xp. It's slower, but I feel like the xp is worth it.

Why not save your firecapes you get for your next task so it'll make it 1/100 instead of using it right after you get it while your off task...
