Man, after his last album this is really not as good as I thought. GRAVEBLOOM really got my hopes up but then this LP turned into mostly average hardcore/rawstyle/frenchcore/techno with a random-ass house track thrown in for some variety. I know Lee is going through is "fuck society and normality" phase but this might have been stepping a bit too far out of bounds for him. Hell, the 2 other dubstep tracks weren't even all that good.
He's overrated anyway. No surprises there for me
i feel like this album is just more midrange then crisis vision. crisis vision had some INCREDIBLY high highs but 1 or 2 low lows. this album is just like 6/10 the whole way through outside of the singles, eat dirt, and the outro imo

That averages to a 6.8. I wouldnt say MUST DIE did a bad job but he didnt do a great job on this album. I wouldnt say I was disappointed because this album has lots of bangers but the bottom 4 rated songs dont have a place in this album I feel. I really appreciate the experimentation but they didnt really feel unique. Feral Fantasy and Gravebloom are few of MUST DIES best works IMO and showcases his sound design magic really well and Gravebloom had me thinking he was going drop a masterpiece album. Personally I would give the album a 7.5 as it is quite an enjoyable listen.

best: new york city, violence (would be the best if the riddim drop didn't sound like hold on me by tisoki)
worst: gagged & bound (oh, this song was meant to be listenable? i couldn't tell)

God i miss old Must Die. Charm Chain. Horse Shoes. Fever Dream. Gem Shards.
This new stuff is.....vile. And not in a good way imo
