Strangely I found Storm Eagle and Flame Mammoth from the X series easier but that is probably because I beat them more than once.

Dive Man used to be one of the hardest bosses for me, until I watched this video... ffs, never thought of shooting the missiles.

Josiah Andrews Air Man seems to be the toughest boss for this challenge, since you need a good RNG. There's a variation of his attack you just can't avoid in any way (except with the menu trick I guess), so you need to be lucky that he doesn't do it.

Fire Man is ridicously easy if you know his pattern.
Airman for me is easy, and Woodman is somewhat easy, the fireman trick is gonna work wonders when me and friend lets play it, and for quickman, he is easy for me as well, although elec man on the other hand...he is tough

I think you are really pro at this game, but, the only one robot master i think can damage you is Quick Man.

Very impressive! I’d have to say the toughest bosses for me to beat with buster only without damage were Airman, Quickman, Woodman, Bubbleman & Pharoahman.
I respect anyone who can do this without missing.

6:06 Why does the enemy damage audio sound so crispy and crunchy? I mean, I've witnessed that before in the NES Mega Man games that I've played, but why does that tend to happen?

Pretty much.. I mean some guys take an incredible amount of skill to beat with no damage. Almost every game seems to have at least one Robot Master like that. Elecman, Quickman, Shadowman, Ringman immediately come to mind. There are other robot masters that can freeze time, but they have patterns to it, so you can predict when they are going to stop time. Not so much with Brightman.. far as I can tell, (I think all MM4 robot masters are like this) it's based on RNG, so it's completely random when they do certain attacks. You can't memorize patterns, only learn how to avoid their attacks.. You can't exactly prepare for his bright flash attack though.. oh well lol
garvensman bright mans uses his flash stopper at certain health, meaning you can actually prevent it if you use a charge shot when he would normally use it. a lot of people don't use charge shots in no damage runs though.
The way I beat Bright Man is by starting off with a single pellet, then only fully charged buster shots after that! He'll never do his flash stopper.

Mega Man tip: Metal man will not attack you until you shoot or go to the right half. (if metal man is on the left, go to the left side)
Megaman 3's boss theme seems to be the best. It depicts danger on the first few seconds of the theme and kinda feels dread after the initial theme in an upbeat way hehehe... 🤔
I swear to god Fire Man and Elec Man NEVER behaved in such a predictable pattern for me. Unreal. And there's on obviously some RNG luck with a character like Bright Man. But massive props for Quick Man and Pharaoh Man. Would have never thought it possible. Just wow.

I STARTED PLAYING MEGA MAN AT LEAST 2005, AND THE SERIE STARTING WITH GYRO MAN 4-5 YEARS AGO FINISHED WITH QUICK MAN TODAY. BUT BETWEEN 46 BOSSES I ALSO BEAT 3 OF THEM PERFECTLY BLINDFOLDED. THEY ARE CRASH MAN, HEAT MAN, FIRE MAN.
FIRE MAN TOOK 12, CRASH MAN TOOK 132 AND HEAT MAN TOOK 55 SECONDS.
Yeah, when I watched your vid again, the bosses are much slower than when I was playing! Almost to the point where I think you couldn't beat some of the bosses if it weren't for the slow down. Despite all that, you're a really skilled MM player, and thank for the tactics provided.
Imagine a game mode where you can face every single ai improved robot master in random order? Thst would be truly epic!

Since I have beaten 46 rm, I decided to beat wily bosses (it is interesting there are again 46 bosses [with again-robot masters, doc robots and breakman 101]), but I cannot beat all of them (especially some of them are incredibly hard with only megabuster and on nodamage mode). Will you make this challange? I will ask @synn also .
