INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Fried Pork Ribs)
2.3 lbs baby back ribs, pork ribs (cross cut)
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of paprika
3/4 tbsp of chicken powder
1/4 tsp of five spice seasoning
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of soy sauce
4 tbsp of cornstarch
3 tbsp of unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, chopped
Small red and green bell, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Chicken Liver and Gizzards Stew)
1/2 kilo chicken gizzards
1/2 kilo chicken liver
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium red onion, sliced
Red and green chili pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
5 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
Half chicken cube seasoning
8 calamansi (or 2-3 tbsp lemon juice)
Toasted garlic, optional

The chicken liver reminded me of the 1 time i ate them.. my cousin came to visit and cooked them wrapped in bacon with a "smother" type sauce. never touched them since.... I got so sick.... didn't know I was allergic to something he'd put in the sauce.
