I never understood why it is so hard to keep your tags updated. When you get the renewal notice in the mail, send them a check and you'll have the new decals within 10 days - or do it online and you will get them returned within a day or two. The fee for your tag is a lot less than a tow bill (or a ticket from the police).
Sounds like someone has never had to choose between a tag for your car and food. I'm scraping by doing everything I can to live. My tag is out of date because I choose to have food in my daughters belly for one more night over a tag.

8:18 - The building fire alarm panel in the breezeway is in "trouble", or a fault condition, that's why its beeping. It could possibly not even work if there was a fire. FYI - It's against code in most places to mount the fire alarm panel in an unprotected outdoor location like that, but this one could have been installed before the code changed and could be grandfathered in. Also, it's a good explanation of why anything with gasoline is not allowed in the breezeways. Great job Johnny !!!

hello👋 from the Netherlands🇳🇱 . for motorcycles they use a kind of special "motor dolly" where the motor is first fixed on to on the ground / road and only then is pulled with the winch on the tow truck, but the motor can no longer fall over because it is fixed on the dolly . thanks for the video Johnny 👍 . You should wrap the straps around the handle bars and compress the front forks a little then tighten the straps. Kind of hard to do when your a lone but it's a lot more leverage on the bike and you don't have to worry about bending the kickstand.
I've had lots of Vespas & Piaggio towed, ALWAYS on flatbed, I make sure that they have all the correct strapping & do not tie anything down that isn't structure to the bike frame...😎 but then I have AAA in order to get bikes towed you have to have RV coverage... I think I have about four or five towes a year& it cost about 175 to $200 annually oh, I also have extended toe so I think I can get 75 miles .. well if it wasn't broken it now possibly could be???...LAXVESPA-LOSANGELES

Thank you John for enforcing the fire code. When I was a fire marshal, we had many motorcycles towed that were parked in the apartment stairwells. As you have seen, apartments haver limited fire exits and fire spreads quickly in these type of structures. Good job.

Thank you answering the question I would have asked as to why motorcycles are not allowed there. I would have guessed it was because they get hotter. The gasoline leak makes perfect sense. All someone would have to do is to have a cigarette by it, and uh oh, the entire building would go up in flames right there in seconds. Especially, since it is under the stairs, it would be a fatal trap for anyone upstairs.
Plus, it has a gas tank. So if the building itself catches fire, none of the calculations on how quick the fire spreads, make sense any longer. Plus both tires and gas tanks can explode and send shrapnel flying. Now rubber shrapnel isn't extremely dangerous, but it's still an extra burden to firefighters.
This bike being in the breezeway to help reduce the chance of theft is SUCH a dangerous fire hazard...... So people aren't smoking in their apartments? They aren't using cooking oil in their kitchens? They don't have gas cans in their apartments? They don't have space heaters or kerosene heaters in there apartments? They don't have way more dangerous lithium batteries in their apartments? (cell phones, laptops, RC toys etc etc) They don't have lighter fluid in their apartments? They don't smoke in the parking lots around dozens of vehicles leaking oil and fuel everyday with no fires? As anyone with a brain can see this is a bs "violation" founded on nonsense concerns. This is just legalized theft.

I know that heart rate went up when that big dude walked up while you was trying to load the bike. That is why being a tow truck driver or doing a repo job is very stressful, is that it causes you to feel the same way a thief feels when they get caught even though you are not stealing anything. And I have towed a few vehicles in my day, but those vehicles I towed was either mine or a recovery for a salvage job or restoration. But as a biker I got a laugh out of your saying to put the bike in park or that it would fall back into park sometimes, as the only gears on a bike are usually 1st, neutral then 2 through 4/5 unless it is a touring bike like a Honda Gold wing then you may have a reverse gear. And I have to commend you on not securing a car by putting straps through the rims, as I saw that this week with a guy towing a car on a trailer and had it secured with ratchet straps through the alloy wheels.
