Our morning sessions are video taped so that we can provide paddle surf coaching and analysis back at the retreat house. Watching yourself on video with a professional coach is one of the fastest ways to become a better stand up paddle surfer.
In the beginning of the week we establish the paddle surfing skills that each guest needs to focus on in order to progress their stand up paddle surfing. By the end of the week our guests have a solid foundation of skills and knowledge to take home and continue to progress from.
