    Followed this recipe making this for the first time! Didn't have fish cake and took a little longer since I was impatient about my frozen chicken thighs, but wow. This is good stuff, hot from the pan with a hot bowl of rice and a cold drink 😋

    Nice touch with the Kamoboko. I didn't see that in the other oyako videos I watched. I had it with fish cakes in japan & Hawaii. Great video!

    he mixed the egg too much so it looks like an omlette not real oyakodon.
