Yeaaah, i agree with you. But this is something among jive, swing stunts and rockabilly, with special focus to be fun and atractive for such a teenager group. Not targetted to hit a style like latin or some else. On the other hand, more bounce and hips would be better. In this case i'd make different, latin dress code for girls and rather different choreography. Good luck
