You're asking questions and at the end you write, NICE! You don't sound to sure about anything. Either that or you didn't pay attention in 3rd grade grammar and know what punctuation marks mean.

So for a horus 59, each wind dot is 5 mph and for say a 308, at 600 yds and 10 mph youd divide by 2 and be at 3 mil and the 2nd wind dot

What do we actually mean by “calibrate”? And why are some dots bigger than others? Thanks

The ballistics change with atmospherics and with BC/MV so the value of the wind dots will change so you'll have to calibrate to know what their value is. The larger dot is just to make it easier to count how many wind dots you're using.

I am puzzled because the wind dots are a little bit below the mil line.
Does it have to do with this 0.95 thing? czcams.com/video/rZ5jp7FZBws/video.html
    I guess 0.05 mil is just 25mm at 500m.

No, it's just a way to position them uniformly as far as vertical spacing and still have the MRAD based grid for when that's needed too.
