Hello! Quick question I have purchased the pattern and plan to make my own bear soon ☺️ but my aunt has asked me to make her a memory bear from my late uncles jumper. Do you think this pattern would work with that material or am I better off only using this pattern for traditional bears?
As a doll creater and plushy sewer, I'd say yes. The end-result will be a bit different, but still yes, it can be done.
Hi, yes you can, but you may have to use wider seam allowance if the materials is thick. I would recommend using normal teddy bear fabric for your first bear, then do the second one using the jumper fabric. Cheers
Does you pattern require joints or is the bear supposed to be made of fabric or fur only? If it requires joint, stick to the original material requested, if not use the jumper with more sem-allowance.( just as suggested in the commemt below.)
