Dude is straight up powerhouse behind the kit. I love his style of playing
Russian Circles are amazing and so inspiring!
Every rock drummer should watch this
One of the greatest drummer on planet Earth. Very few drummers can play so musically......he is going to be considered as a worthy successor and a player of the same league as Bonham, Neil Part, Dave Ghrol in future
dude has one of my favorite snare sounds of all time
i especially love the cymbal sound, nothing harsh or too bright - just perfection, and with the snare *chef's kiss*
Loving this series. What a nice guy, as well as an unbelievable drummer. I filmed most of this gig, got all the songs on my channel if anyone's interested! Russian Circles are in a league of their own!!
Thanks Cathal!
best dude ever. wish they played as fast as the used to when they were touring enter. memories cherished
Super inspiring. I love Russian Circles so much. Thank you for this :)
This guy is absolute quality!!
Gnosis, is pretty bitchin album!!! Memorial is still my favorite in Geneva
Cool video, cool drummer, cool band.. nothin more to say, just lov'em
I saw Russian Circles for the first time Easter with mastodon and Man I said to my son who is the drummer wow is he good in that Sound!!!!!
Add gojira after mastodon and that's pretty much the greatest show ever.
Great interview👍🏼
Man I remember seeing these guys supporting Tool years ago when they where playing Enter and me and my brother being blown away by Dave’s shear talent. Years later, I’ve grown to love all three of them but Dave still shocks me. Cool dude.
Dude, super guy, insane drummer
Cool!
I don't even play drums and I watched thru this entire interview. Amazing guy, amazing band!
I’m going to take the Labaron for a ride while washing dishes because there’s going to be more dishes.
Dave might be the most likable dude in music.
too tru
jay Kjel All three of them in RC seem likeable humble dudes.
Such an amazing drummer! One of my favorites out there.
IT'S DAVEEEE!
This guy really inspired me to start playing drums one of my favs!
Btw tht crowd looks like its sleeping
Why does this sound so much better than mine? It's like food -- It's much better when someone else cooks it
Question....Anyone know what was the first album he used the Copperphonic on? cheers
Do you happen to have that full concert recorded? It'd be nice having one from that perpendicular, kinda like those Nick Yacyshyn videos.
Love what he starts doing round the 2:00 mark
this band is beautiful
What's the song in the first couple minutes of the opening of this video?
Is it a part from one of their songs at 06:13?
anybody know the songs?
What is The song called, they play In The beginning?
Ole Lorenzen Deficit
Slick interview. Oisin...did you get to smack the kit and cymbals?
Thanks man, appreciate it. I didn't have time to sit down at it unfortunately. Such a beast of a kit. Mega jealousy vibes...
No drummer gets more out of a smaller kit.
Matt Helders could be a good second place on that list
Hey, thanks for the interview.
We're the XIST cymbals, the brilliant or traditional finish? It got a little confusing with how many times he said the word "traditional".
Really liked relaxed the interview felt. Seems like a nice guy.
-Ace
AgentRED all traditional
What's the song at the end?
309
I guess he loves small cymbals
Small? lol his crash barely moves when he's hitting it..
@@dmanm85 you're not very good at detecting sarcasm, right?
what snare is that?
How not to host a drum rundown.
Stay out of my life.
