On Media: Janeane Garofalo's Interesting Rant On Political Media

When Janeane Garofalo made an appearance on Late Night with Conan O'Brien to promote the opening of 1998's Clay Pigeons, she went on a side rant about political media coverage. Off camera but next to Janeane, alluded to by Conan is Andy Richter. I thought I'd add this to my "On Media" playlist collection, hoping it is fair use, owning no rights.
Janeane references MSNBC, CNN, CNBC, Hardball with Chris Matthews, Equal Time, Capital Gang and Republicans, as they're talking about the Monica Lewinsky scandal and coverage. It looks to me, at least from the clip I saw uploaded, that it was definitely edited and we probably missed some uncomfortable bits for a light night comedy talk show. Here we are, twenty+ years later, and Conan's quote of Andy that everyone just has to fill time, probably even more relevant than ever. I hope fair use commentary counts outside the video, because I add no commentary to the clip directly, only in the description area.
