In the second drill try and keep the shoulders parallel to the LOS with all of the movements taking place in the hips. They will need those quick feet later to when speed turning.
Other than a general get your feet and hips hot warm up, I think the first 7 mins of this tape would be better suited for the wideouts ??

the first two drills I meant look like Wr drills.
so on the second cone drill are the shoulders staying faceing forward and the movement is all in the hips?

why are they chopping their feet to stop and change...there should be no chopping...if you are chopping, you are stopping!

Running with receivers you have to make cuts, you have to practice it. Can’t just practice a backpedal
