BEST AND POWER PACKED ANTI GREY HAIR Jam, SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE FOOD TO TREAT GREY HAIR AND TRANSFORM WHITE BEARD NATURALLY AND GRADUALLY
    / @breakthesnow
In a nutshell, the major causes of grey hair are reduced catalase enzyme activity, free radical damage and malfunctioning of Melanin production in the hair follicles. While it’s important to use topical applications to improve hair health, it’s equally important to take enough nutrients internally to improve catalase activity and prevent free radical damage from within.
    1. Have the almonds chopped into tiny bits like this and keep them aside.
    2. We have to dry roast the sesame seeds on a pan without oil on low heat. When you start roasting the sesame seeds, at some point, they start sputtering or popping up. Now we have to take them away from heat immediately. Otherwise, they may end up over roasted. Now, we have slightly roasted sesame seeds ready. Let’s keep this aside and let it cool down.
    3. Now in a clean and dry bowl, add 2 spoons of black strap molasses, toss in 1 spoon of roasted sesame seeds and add 1 spoon of chopped almond bits.
Mix them up. These 3 ingredients when mixed and consumed works more effectively. And this is so delicious, it has got the nutty flavor of almonds, and little bitterness of sesame seeds and sweet of Molasses
Take one spoon of this in the morning and in the evening daily to see gradual transformation of greys into natural color.

    Thanks for sharing this video!
I've recently been using (2-wice a day) Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses, Black Sesame seeds, & a mug of warm spring water for reversing my grey hair. I, then, drink it, as I would a wonderful cup of tea. It's really delicious, too!
However, I grind up (w/a small coffee grinder) the Blk. Sesame seeds after roast'n (& cool'n!!) them.
For me it makes them easier to consume...
It's hard to chew all of those tiny seeds; plus, I don't like the idea of having "un-chewed" seeds in my body.
I've researched it & found that it's not good for the health of your overall system.
I've, also, learned that using these 2 ingredients in a large mug of warm (boiled & slightly cooled) spring water helps the ground-up seeds & molasses to be properly activated for maximum results in reversing grey hair.
So far in these last two months, the results has been visibly good!
I'm look'n forward to it be'n "GREAT," as I continue to use it longer!!!
    •*•Please Note:
The ground-up Blk. Sesame seeds do not dissolve (as does coffee or hot chocolate etc.) in the warm water. They remain a soft mushy consistency, but so much easier still to consume!
    One Other Option:
On your favorite toast, drizzle a medium-thick layer of the Blkstrap. Molass., sprinkle (on top of the Molass.) some of the ground-up Blk. Sesame seeds, & ENJOY the robust & nutty flavors merging together!
I've thoroughly enjoyed it on Honey Wheat bread, Cinnamon Cranberry/Raisin bread, & Banana Nut bread!
    FYI:
Only roast & grind enough B. S. Seeds for a week or so, be'n mindful to store them (in a sealed container) in your refrigerator.
Then, prepare more seeds, as needed.
Roasted & Ground seeds should be consumed w/in those 2 weeks, as they do loose their potency.
In the beginning it will be trail and error...
    Have Fun Exploring! ! !

Molasses is the process just before jaggery is made..the consisting is like honey...it is called RAAB in India..it is made from sugarcane..extremely high in iron hence helps falling hair and even for making grey hair into black. But you should have Molasses or Raab and even sesame seeds only during winter season. Summer intensifies heat for the body. It is not my intention to scare you..just an information..the recipe is highly recommended but doses should be controlled during summer. PS - Dont make Raab by boiling water into jaggery to make a honey like consistency..Please don't make the mistake..Remember, the process of Raab is obtained before jaggery is made. Molasses and Raab is the same.

      This is helpful.
For my seemingly Vata dominant composition, this is good for warmth, however, I run on the high iron side,so must be mindful. I splurged on a brand directly from India made with honey and some type of "exotic" cow's milk. Apparently they make it in small batches and it was in a glass jar and what a difference than the cheaper mass marketed chayawanprash of the US both in flavor and consistency. This stuff is soft almost like applesauce and so nourishing.
They offered similar formulation made with jaggery but I wasn't really sure how to use that even though it's just another sugar form.
It's always helpful to know how to cycle herbs and foods according to doshas and seasons because in the US we tend to think that if a little bit is good, more is better, when in fact sometimes less is more.
BTW: can find and order some nice chayawanprash and ghee etc on ETSY

It works by converting hydrogen peroxide (which bleaches the melanin in the hair) into water, and since hydrogen peroxide is not in the skin, it won't affect the melanin in the skin. BUT it would affect gray hair on other parts of the body that have hydrogen peroxide in the follicles.
