I am mostly interested in helping regular people with their pet dogs just be better .
The dogs themselves are straightforward beings . You could say that they wear their hearts on their sleeves . Once you know how to read them ,they really can't hide . Not like people who lie , dogs really can't . That is one of the things I love most about all animals , they don't lie .

  • @gerdberg4188

I do believe people need to learn how to handle their own dogs . They need to be an integral part of the training

I was in PetSmart and looking for supplies, had a newly adopted dog who was a little excited. The employee recommended that I try out the program they have, however once I said I’ve had excellent results with the material found at Leerberg he literally nodded his head and walked away. ❤

@@yishihara55527 Unfortunately Petsmart is one of the companies I cannot recommend. Their training program is 100% all positive. This is a deeply flawed program. Their trainers know this and it become obvious when they have to deal with behavioral problems, those who don't simply lack experience.

I’ve just stumbled across your channel . I’m currently looking into all options and qualifications I’d need to become a dog/human trainer . I’ve spent 25 years painting cars and lost all passion for it years ago . My passions dogs , I’ve decided now is the time to start following dreams I had when I was in my teens . People like yourself inspire me 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✌🏻

One of the best pieces of advice that serve me quite well as far as you know just novice professional nauseous and novice dog training is a professional dog trainer told me dogs don't feel sorry for each other and so if I wore my dog off something or whatever I just say stop go all usually say sit or back or you may eat she has to sit and wait for me or put the food down just to sit and wait for my permission and stuff something I need to work on cuz if I get in a hurry I just I don't do it cuz I'm in a hurry but anyway telling me not to feel sorry for them or not to act sorry for the dog or whatever like even if it got hurt in my dog got hurt I take him here and I would say oh and in just treat the injury you know that maybe she might break a nail you don't want her claws or something I take very well let's go to the vet you know it just kind of be matter-of-fact with her is dogs what is it they said that they translate that is not being something like that's kind of weakness and so that's really helped me.you know just have a matter-of-fact non-emotional attitude my dog and that's were just you know cuddling or something you and then I'll be like that but it's really helped me alot she's I had a black lab that so close to he was like a person he lives to be like 20 so thanks for your

Also back on point for anyone watching. If you love it, as you must. It’s a hard way to make a living if you don’t! Also become competent and broaden your horizons. The work and money will follow. You need to be able to work with many different types of dog…… and owner. Which is often the more difficult part of the business. As ultimately it’s not just the dog’s you’ll be training👍🇬🇧

Is it not usually the people who are behind most of the issues with their dogs .
A dog business that touts , “helping people help their dogs” is where my view is leaning .
The idea is in it's infancy tho ….

The members of our local dog club never go to dog parks or doggy day care. My sister in CA loves the dog park until her last trip to the dog park cost her over $3,000.00 and almost lost the dog from a canine flu. She hasn't been back since. Hope that helps.
