She’s right about the fruits especially the berries, apples and watermelons. It will reduce your cravings and not mess your calorie deficit up by that much.
They are mega expenisve right now tho. As a student it's almost impossible to have fresh fruit in your dorm🥲
@@yoman5395 I’m on a budget too and I only buy frozen blueberries and frozen mangoes, I may bulk buy grapes and freeze them as well. You can bulk buy bananas and freeze them too. Blueberries and mangoes taste so well when they thaw. I don’t really do strawberries, they nasty thawed. Oranges and apples at Walmart are cheap. All my veggies are frozen and put in the air fryer. I hope this helps. Do you have a student apartment or a dorm with a shared kitchen. I had both and can give advice.

I’m not on a weight loss journey but I was recommended this video so I listened to a bit while I’m taking my braids down and y’all ! walking is crucial. I would always be 131lbs my whole life literally age 15 to now ( 26 ) but recently, I would average 11k steps everyday working in customer service/food industry. Tell me why I’m 126lbs now just from walking and I’ve been maintaining this weight for abt over half a year now. I don’t do no type of exercise or super healthy eating. I do everything the same and this is my weight. So def add walking if you’re trying to lose weight- or just go into the food service industry lol

I've been doing treadmill and calorie deficit, for more than 2 weeks i went from 85kg to 82kg. I have hypothyroidism and i've been a fat girlie my whole life, currently, i'm not eating sweets bc i have a high risk to acquire diabetes and i think it helped a lot as well.
I did a lot of workouts before but it didn't do much to me because i pushed myself beyond what my body can do at that time, so i started exercising on my own pace and could finally see results. the key is self pep talk! seriously 😭 i'm glad you started of your video with that topic because i was about to skip treadmill today earlier lol

Yes at a plateau, I changed up the workout. I made it a journey about lifestyle changes compared to looking sexy. Intermittent fasting, and from there you find yourself eating once a day. I really don’t eat more than 1000 a day
Isn’t it unhealthy to eat less than 1200 to 1500 calories a day?

@@rodaisa7274 do weight training 2/3 times a week, eat high protein, have some carbs before training so u have energy even if in deficit
