I know this is an old review, but I just recently bought this (having been thrilled to actually find a copy). First off, it's well worth the money for anyone interested in these diorama effects. The one caveat I have is that (as with all AK publications) the affects tutorials included depend heavily on AK's own products. Don't get me wrong - a lot of their products are simply awesome. However, they are also incredibly expensive and often difficult to get hold of because of their popularity, especially here in the U.S. That said, I found the information in this volume to be very useful to me, especially the sections on achieving snow effects. With their products one can achieve effects that are very difficult (if not impossible) to get with any other DIY methods and products. If you're new to diorama building, I highly recommend getting hold of a copy of it.
