How to get from London Heathrow to Cardiff Wales

When boarding your train, please “MIND THE GAP”! We took the Heathrow Express to London Paddington, a 10 minute train ride. We then boarded the Great Western Railway for a 2 hour ride to Cardiff Wales Central Station. We love riding the trains in Europe. Prior to our trip, we purchased a Two Together Rail Card. The Rail Card provides discounted travel throughout Europe. We booked the entire journey on The Train Line website. You can also download The Train Line App. When using this service, you can look at fares and times on different rail lines and book your entire journey. You also have live tracking while traveling. We are so excited to start exploring Cardiff Wales.

Bit of an older video but doing the journey from Cardiff-London and vice versa fairly often can safely say this is great!

It would have been easier to catch the National Express Coach directly from Heathrow.2-40 minutes,faster and easier than catching 2 trains.
