Yes!!! The best way to listen to this is starting at volume 1 over. And over. Until you're ready for the next. And repeat this order until you reach the end. Keep listening to the one that's your favorite. It's awesome.and you're right, if you practice it, you should preach it. Especially to children 🙃👌🏻

I willingly self brainwashed with these videos, and now the motivation has turned into pure discipline. And we all know what discipline equals.. freedom.

Was battling some personal demons at work this morning. Brought me down and ruined my mood. Almost cried literally. Challenged my thoughts and fought through it. Watching this on my lunch break. I am on my 5th week of my 6-week Workout Challenge @ Next Rep CrossFit in Smyrna Ga. I will continue to train after my challenge but your first video in this compilation stands out and made me reflect back on my start as a CrossFit athlete then even further back...Wow. I have been thinking average most of my life but now I will "smash all traces of it from my life!" As a 52 year old I can still handle physical training and CrossFit is the perfect companion not only physically but my mental state of mind feels rejuventated. I listen to this all the time , I use to be a practicing Christian . My life has been a struggle since birth as I was born a heroin addict , an within 6 months of life I was taken from my mother an began the journey of 52 homes an everything that entails there belief , morals an values . So I was constantly learning an I know what being uncomfortable is . I was a very intelligent student as well as an athlete . I was good at doing anything I have tried . I now struggle in an out of addictions . I know this is what creator does not want me to be . I listen to this everyday with hopes of healthy changes in my life .
