Paper Wrapped Chicken | East Greets West Cookery

FRIED CHICKEN IN PACKETS
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams chicken thigh
30 pcs baking paper
Few Ginger julienne
Few stalks of spring onion
SEASONING:
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
½ Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
1 Tbsp ginger juice
1 Tbsp Chinese wine
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
Oil for frying
