- I played Trails Series from Sky - Reverie, mostly in the hardest difficulty (except for Sky Trilogy, played in Hard), totaling about 1000 hours of gameplay I think? xD
This game feels like a literal Isekai for me.
I mean.. almost every element that you can find in life, is there in the story and world of Zemuria. I just can't get enough of it.
Yet, why is this series not that popular though? Imo It's literally the "One Piece of JRPG, but written in... idk, Gundam style?"
You guys should try the game if you haven't.
P.S.
Story wise, I think Cold Steel is the worst of the series (still getting a 7.5/10 from me though), while Ao is the best.

Was expecting something emotional, yet what I got was the exact opposite lol (but who knows what will happen later, don't spoil me manga readers).

I still havent finish cold steel arc yet
But agree on ao being very good kek
But i mosly play trails for the gameplay , story being a nice cherry on top
And i kinda don't like how ao massacre physical / craft abt halfway through the game lel
Tho CS3 ( the only one i played , 1 & 2 I watched story for them ) is very craft heavy , i barely find arts useful beside some buff arts
Yeah I agree that Ao is pretty arts heavy in mid game, but in late game I think it turned out to be quite balanced (I remember how useful Rixia S-craft was vs demiourgos).
Cold Steel meanwhile... is a joke difficulty wise.
Doesn't matter if you use arts, physical, EVA tank, infinite turn trick.. it was too easy xD
