Used to use CFS for estimating fencing back in 2001. It was the best at the time for chainlink thoufh The price of lumber changes so much you would just constantly be updating. I’m not sure I like the layout or the drawing tool rather a cad style printout not over map

Merlin - Good question! For starters, CFS is a desktop application - meaning that you need to return to the office to calculate your material list, job estimate, and sales proposal after the site visit.
Secondly, ArcSite is more intuitive in the sense that you're creating lines by dragging your finger on digital graph paper after selecting the fence type and style, then everything else (material list, proposal, etc.) is automatically generated on the back-end. No more double entry, manual calculations, and added time to your sales process. Essentially, we're more of a modern approach to the sketch-to-proposal framework with an easier-to-use interface.
