My tip for the smoothiebowl is to add frozen banana ! This makes it very thick. I always use frozen bananas, strawberry’s, bit of almond butter, cia seeds and a tiny bit of milk to blend! It’s so thick u can hold it upside down

People don't go to the gym necessarily to lose weight or "look better", working out it's a way to keep your body and mind healthy. Everybody "needs it" (I'm not saying everybody has to, I don't, but everybody needs to be physically active to be healthy).
