How To Create A 3D Paper Cut Light Box | DIY Project

- Wood board 8 x 1 cm (2 x 27 cm; 2 x 20 cm) (your local hardware store)
- Wood stripe 1 x 1 cm (2 x 25 cm; 2 x 18 cm) (your local hardware store)
- Plywood 22 x 27 cm (your local hardware store)

Thanks! The best way to do that is to do the same as I did with the horse. Just use thinner paper, cut the shapes and place that layer behind the reflection of the horse.
I have fot the patterns, I have the cutters, I have the card board but with the lights I was a little confused. But now ai’m not! Thaaaaaaank you!!!

Well, it depends on the projects you plan to make. I'm a beginner, but I bought a circular saw, a jigsaw, a router, a random orbit sander and a cordless drill. You should check my last video, there I have all the links in the description. :)

Can I use Ivory white sheets? Would you recommend ? Planning for 8 different layers. Was wondering if the light will pass through all the layers
Yes, you can definitely use Ivory white sheets, but you need to pay attention to the thickness. I recommend using around 150-170 grams cardstock, but not more than 170 grams.

After you cut the lights, are you able to use the remaining strip, or is that wasted?
Question, those LED lights come in 32' length, do you throw away what you don't use?
Would I be able to use a Cricket to cut the card stock for the design?
