Another thing - by moving these assets to BlueCo, any operating expenses associated with running these assets will also be posted on BlueCo’s accounts and not Chelsea FC. That’s another way to reduce the operating expenses for Chelsea FC. Overall, the move makes financial sense.

This is a huge point!! Thank you my man for commenting this. So not only helping Chelsea’s financial mess situation but also reducing the running costs in owning these assets. It’s honestly looking like a good move by the owners. I hate our owners for many things but from a financial standpoint, they seem to know what they are doing.

No bilionaire will do something if it is not going to benefit himself. Chelsea FC Holdings Limited is a company owned by BlueCo. BlueCo was formed as the investment vehicle for the takeover of Chelsea in 2022. Investment vehicle explains it all. Do we really think Eghbali, who is director of BlueCo 22, bought land from Stoll Mansions side to build stadium? Do you think he sold hotels and paid Capital Gains tax for nothing?

Just a side note: Santos was v poor (as were majority of the team last night). In fact his miss control of a routine pass led to Metz 1st goal. He was also too casual and over hitting or under hitting too many passes. Overall this Strasbourg team deserves to be where they are. Santos also needs to be more mature and take it seriously like Angelo did.

This asset stripping is dangerous. 1. It pretty much ensures the owners will remain here and when they do leave will financially gut the club in order for us to get those assets back. 2. It will only push financial issues further down the line it’s not addressing them it’s only band aiding them. 3. The only other recent club to go through asset sales is reading. Went well for them didn’t it, still going well for them isn’t it. I personally thought there were rules in place that stopped asset selling in order to protect clubs from dangerous owners. I do NOT trust our owners one bit. Something smells very off with all of this.

At the begining lets make it clear that Barcelona is owned by club members/fans and apointing president to run club. They don't have greedy owners. Fans here who blaming Chelsea pitch owners doesn't understand that CPO are here to protect club from greasy hands of Boehly. If owners will be able to sell land to some developers, you can say goodbye to Chelsea. We will have just name left and nothing else, and worth nothing. Don't talk about players as an assets. They are contracted assets not the same as land or hotels or training ground. There will be no Pride of London left but overseas fans don't care too much. They will move to support Real or Barcelona. Local fans will be left in ruins.
And the best quote of the day goes to person who said Stamford bridge is between Sant Paul's cathedral and Beckingham Palace. You are the bloody genius but better don't talk or Check London map before talking.
