her ult backwards was a very precise display of skill, she measured the time it would take to kill yone and if viego was there she would get one shot, but if he was further back from her ult range she would still have time to group with quinn or outspeed him with E. Even if she missed it's a ult for a kill, if she was right and did not ult the outcome could have been just a 1/1

The ability to get carried to high Elo is a skill. Support players do it all the time with minimum agency on damage dealt. Even if Baus is getting carried every season, that just means he's really damn good at getting carried.
