Thanks. You solved my problem. I was not aware there was a clear plastic tube inside, and I couldn't figure out how the liquid was supposed to be drawn up to the outlet hose. The tube had come off. I reconnected it and it works. Very useful video.
Thanks for making the video. I too had the same problem. However, I had used the sprayer last year so I knew it was not the same problem, but had to do with a air leakage. So, I opened up the hose connection, to see that the tube inside had got disconnected from the main sprayer hose, as the inner tube it was cracked. It had sufficient length, so I cut off the cracked part and inserted the tube back. I used a drop of oil to allow it to slide in easily. The sprayer works perfectly! :)
I knew mine didn’t have the plug because I had successfully used the sprayer before but this video did cause me to take a better look at the inside hose which ended up being cracked almost completely in half much higher up than the liquid level. So I broke it off and filled it up and it worked like a charm. Thanks!
Thank you so much!!! You should charge Flo-Master for tech support. I spent 45 minutes trying to get this to work. Then I saw your video and sure enough there was a plug in the tube. This should be in BOLD in the assembly instructions. Thank you again!
Thanks so much!!! I actually returned my $5 Walmart gallon before I saw this video, and picked up from Lowe's for $10 instead. Too lazy to return, but at least I now know why it didn't work!
Thank you for putting this video up I just bought the same as yours and i couldn't even figure out how to set it up the directions were a bit confusing but when I saw how this item is supposed to work I was able to save a return trip to Walmart.
I think it's a coincidence that removing the "plug" made it work. Likely, removing the hose/tube and reinstalling it sealed the leak. That "plug" you refer to is a filter and if it gets clogged then the sprayer doesn't get the full amount of liquid through the hose to the nozzle. Look carefully at the end of the plug, it has 6-9 holes in it the block gunk in the bottom of the tank from entering the hose. With the plug off of the tube, use a hat pin or safety pin or any thin wite the size of the holes and just clean out the holes, replace the plug onto the tube and reverse the process to reinstall everything. Since you have the tube out, it's a good time to check the connection of the white tube to the hose, make sure the tube isn't cracked or separated. If it is cracked, you can pull the tube off of the hose, clip the cracked portion of the tube and push it back onto the nipple at the end of the hose ... good as new.
Thank you sooooo much for this video! I never would have figured out what was wrong! I also had to take the nozzle off completely. It didn't look like it was stopped up, but the sprayer had been sitting in a box for years before I decided to use it, and there might have been a little dust in it. Anyhow it's working perfectly now, and I thank you!
Thank you, sir! Mine had the plug in there too. Luckily I watched your video before I even tried to use the pump, just to prepare myself for anything that I may not have foreseen. I have no idea why they put a plug in there. Maybe so people will buy another one of their pumps, since this one only costs $5.00 at WalMart, and they make other ones that cost more! No, surely that's too cynical to be the real reason :)
thanks so much it was the problem with the plug in white hose in the jug God Bless you for helping us all .you have Blessed day 6/1/2020 in state of Virginia
I have one that is similar to the flo master ..the only thing is the spray nozzle control would not shut off...once I pumped up..the liquid keeps flowing out ...I hope someone can help.thanks
Thanks but mine was stupid me leaving the weed kill and it conjealed into goopy mix and blocked the pin holes intake which i just pulled it out and cleared the blockage and all good.
The green piece inside wand doesn't come out far enough for the lever to push. Tried to fix it and now I can't find lever. Is it possible to get that section of the wand?
I have a problem with my Flo-master it leaks from the valve, I have to pump it very often because it looses pressure. I'm thinking of plugging it I think that will work. or is there another way to fix it?
Jesus Christ. The sun is going down while I wait on the repetition to stop and the help to begin. EDIT: 5 mins later, there’s a plug in his white tube. Not mine. But maybe yours. You’re welcome.

You fixed yours. Mine was blowing air only as well... and sure 'nuff the tube was plugged. So, you fixed mine. Thank you!

You’ve saved my mom butt this morning! I’ve never used a sprayer and thanks to you I’m back on task🙌🏻
THANK YOU!!!! They should pay you for giving better instructions than the product printed instructions! Bless you!👏🏼
Thank you! I didn't have the plug, but in checking for it, I realised the tube was loose on the inside, and now it works
Thank you for saving me your same frustration.

Thanks for watching. Put Vaseline around the rubber ring to keep it from drying out and cracking
Thanks a lot. I had the same issue. Now it's spraying fine.

Glad I am able to help. Thanks

thank you so much! This helped us fix ours! We had a to long hose though and had to cut it. This is not advised though as it is very hard to cut.
Thanks! I had the same problem 😲
Thanks for taking the time to share your solution.
Thanks for watching. Happy to help.

You saved me some headaches! thank you!!
Thank you, kind sir. I believe I have now solved my problem also, with the same situation you had. Kudos to you!
Thank you sir it really worked
Thank you! I was having the same problem! All fixed up now!
Wow thank you so much! I was so frustrated!
Great video ! Walmart should REMOVE that plug before shipping !

Thanks for the info..I found the plug too
Thank you. This worked!
My clear tube as described has split, and it causes the air suction and sporadic spray. A simple replacement.
thanks so much it was the problem with the plug in white hose in the jug God Bless you for helping us all .you have Blessed day 6/1/2020 in state of Virginia
Thanks for watching, Barbara
How long does the spray last once you have pumped the container of fluid up?
Well guess what my friend? You were right. Thanks a lot for sharing this info. 🙏💪🏼🙏
Thanks for watching, Puma
Thank you gonna try it right now
Thank you!
Thanks for the tip... 😂 I took it out but still no spray.
Thank you
Anyone know how to use the red spray nozzle included in the repair kit (attached in a separate plastic bag) to the wand?
You use liquid fertilizer or water soluble fertilizers? Sometimes the o ring is bad .
Oh my gosh I have to go try that I was having problems... thank you I hope it works for me I'll let you know.
How do I assemble it ?
THANKS 😊
Thank you soooooooo much
I have one that is similar to the flo master ..the only thing is the spray nozzle control would not shut off...once I pumped up..the liquid keeps flowing out ...I hope someone can help.thanks
Thanks for the info but it could have been covered in 2 minutes
I agree lol
Thank you for the GREAT EXPLAINATION SIR I just got one and tried to spray for bugs but it didn’t work then seen this video so thank you
Thanks but mine was stupid me leaving the weed kill and it conjealed into goopy mix and blocked the pin holes intake which i just pulled it out and cleared the blockage and all good.

Thanks for watching, Kathleen. There are no replacement parts for this sprayer. Buy another one. They are cheap.
Omg. The plug!!
Thanks big help ..:)
I was having the exact problem but it was because I forgot to install the white siphon tube..
If you get air out of the nozzle, there must be a leak somewhere in the line inside the bottle. Reading the instructions is not a bad thing.
I have a problem with my Flo-master it leaks from the valve, I have to pump it very often because it looses pressure. I'm thinking of plugging it I think that will work. or is there another way to fix it?
If it's new exchange it or buy a new one. They're cheap
How do you unscrew the pressure lever to pour in the content?
Grab the handle and turn it
The lid is stuck.
I found mine had a clogged nozzle
Is the plastic stopped underneath
The mono valve coldd
is it a plug or a filter?
It's a plug. Remove it.

Not mine. But maybe yours.
You’re welcome.
You have demonstrated what you don't understand.
I’m such an idiot :)
No
This could’ve been a short video explaining it within one minute what was wrong would’ve been over
Thank you but I wish you would of gotten to the point instead of talking on and on about things we did not need to know.
What's the hurry? You are probably in lockdown. Do you have an appointment somewhere?
cheap shit...2nd one i bought that doesn't do a spray..just a flow of water. Ready to throw this one out like I did the other one
Could've said the fix you had in about 30 seconds without all the complaining
All you had to say was what the problem was, 30 seconds. I appreciate knowing the answer but didn't need all the other non essential information.
Where do you need to go? You are supposed to stay at home.
if you put it together you were the problem
John Johnson NO. I BOUGHT 2; THREW THE FIRST ONE OUT. BOUGHT NEW ONE, NO FINE MIST JUST FLOW OF WATER
Thank you
