It's our Mid Autumn Festival (Mooncake 🥮 festival)today(21092021) , Day 15th of month 8 in Lunar Calendar . Zhou Shen performed a very touching song on 19 Sept "若思念便思念” for a ethnic group in a cultural heritage show, a celebration for Mid Autumn Festival. And tonight, he is going to perform on 3 different stages. 🎉🎉🎉

This is a cover of Faye Wong 's song years ago, Psychedelic Rock style. Love Zhou Shen(Charlie/Shen Shen/sound like 'Joe' + John'son' )😁
He has such a natural unique 'interchangeable' voice, sounds youth at low note, sounds feminine at high notes and sometimes sounds like a child' voice. He did lots of covers but each song seemed like he was the original singer after he sang as he has his own 'color' & 'taste' but uneatable, can only be digested in the mind. 😁🤩

Just a little correction about the pronunciation. It's neither Zu nor Chu. It's said as Chou/Jou (DON'T miss out the "O" ahahahahah idk if it's an American thing but why do you act like the "o" in his name doesn't exist? 😂😂😂 Too often people act like there's no "o" in chOu and I'm baffled about it.) Here's a suggestion. Put 周深 in google translate when it's on Chinese setting. And click on the the 'listen' button. And just listen to how they say it. I hope that helps. ^v^
I never trust Google translate. Also when I said "Choo", that technically has 2 o's, so not ignoring the O at all. If I said Chu for example.. it would sound like Chuh 😋.. So is it like "Choh or Joe"? Better still, I just say Charlie from now on lol
@@DancingCoder One of the meanings of his last name Zhou (周) is the English word "week". Go to Google Translate and look up "week"; select translation to Chinese, then flip the from/to panels. Look for a link to the word 周 under the right hand panel and click that. Then click the speaker icon on the left hand panel, and you'll hear something VERY similar to JOE.
@@DancingCoder But it's written as Zhou not as Zhoo! 🤣🤣 So pronouncing it as "u" makes no sense.
I don't trust google translation when it comes to proper translation. But the pronunciation there is pretty good!
I heard a better version before on CZcams. This is another side of Zhou Shen ( Wicked & playful at the same time ) ❗😄😈 I recken he would be a great actor in movies 🎥 or play & great artist in music industry 🎶. 💕

I'm crazy about 90% songs of Zhou Shen, but this one is the rest of 10% that I'm not really into. Because that is not the typical Zhou Shen's flavors that I'm familiar with...
Similar feelings here. I think Zhou Shen's very excellent in performing it. Great show! But I personally don't like the song, sorry abt that!
For some reason u skipped his best performance( for me at least); i remember u said something like "that will be the next one" 2 or 3 reactions ago from him!
