I'm a lifelong Chiefs fan. I am old enough to remember their 1st Super Bowl win in 1970. It was FIFTY YEARS before we got our next SB appearance. So we went to SB 1 Lost, 4 won, 54 won, 55 lost, 57 won, 58 ? I feel your pain. It's real. But life continues. We have won the AFC/AFL(pre 1970 season) in 1967, 70, 2020, 21, 23, and 24. I'll let you lookup all the incredibly painful playoff losses we had over the years. Half the teams lose EVERY playoff game. It's part of what makes winning so special. The best team does NOT always win. Just the best team on the scoreboard at the end. Wins will come. Hang in there.

As a lifelong Chiefs fan here, after seeing how dominant your ravens have been all season long on the run game, it seriously baffled me as to why they elected to try to make it a shootout with the passing game against a passer the caliber of Mahomes.
It was as if the coaching staff simply said “our primary strength is the run, we’re gonna give that up and try to beat arguably the best passer in the league at his own game instead.”
It was seriously mind boggling as to why they thought that would possibly be a good idea.
That being said. Mad respect to your defense in the second half. They shut down the extremely formidable Chiefs offense completely.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for your team and their fanbase. Very tough to beat team, hard fighting for every yard and every stop. Was a very intense game, and it really came down to the coaching.
Keep up the excellent reactions and with a little luck we’ll see your ravens back in the same championship game next season.

When losing in the NFL teams generally look to pass. Had the Ravens avoided passing it would’ve made them look weak, like they didn’t have faith in Lamar’s passing abilities; this is why the loss hurt so much. This was LJ’s chance to become legendary and the whole team choked instead. If I’m the coach I go with faith in my MVP QB every time. The Gods just had other plans this time it happens
There were a lot of Raven fans that got their heart broke,we thought we had the team to do it,we were wrong,no discipline,all the penalties against us,the interceptions,not running the ball like we should,no pressure on Ma homes,they beat us at our own game.

Hi Rich I am 62 and live here in KC my entire life anyway, I just wanted to comment and communicate with you in that you look to be a very intelligent young man, and I was grateful to finally see one of these AFC championship results YT videos, where some Ravens fans didn’t smash their tv after their team losing lol, at the end of the day its just a goddamn game. Yes does it get frustrating to lose especially in the playoffs, absolutely we all feel that pain but I was really impressed with your demeanor, and your character and you seem like good people to me lol. I am a fan of my team but really your Ravens, I seriously thought were the better- no really the best team all season, they were steady steam rolling pretty much every team that they played. i was rooting for yall as a bills fan and man, so much heartbreak this year, this was the year for either lamar or allen to get it done, no burrow, chiefs were looking iffy going into the playoffs, sat through all them games jus for another wide right kick. When lamar threw that interception in the 4th i felt so terrible for y’all. Hopefully we meet in the afc championship next year🙏

As a Chiefs fan I can say you aren't feeling bad for any losses to the Chiefs the Colts might have because there aren't any or not many I remember. It seems like no matter the year, roster, coaching staff or record if KC plays Indy I can count on a Chiefs loss...guaranteed.

I get not wanting to run Jackson as much since its been a long season but you all have a solid backfield that could have more then mad up for it. I think if Monken learns from his mistakes that The ravens are going to be very difficult to beat next year. I know you all lost your Dc to Seattle but that wont change how good the defense is.

This was an awful night for me personally😂 I was in NOLA during the game. Coming back from a 7 day cruise, and the bar was filled with Baltimore/Maryland tourists and it was just so quiet after that Zay Flowers fumble. What makes it worse is my cousin who’s from Maryland, is a Chiefs fan😒 I had to endure hearing him clap and cheer the entire time, and I kid you not it’s the first time ever I actually wanted to hit him. LMAO. To make it worse, some cute girl from Minnesota I met down there, had a boyfriend, even though we were poppin, and I was nauseous as hell from being so drunk pre game. Had to deal with that while walking down Bourbon Street, enduring all the shit talking from drunks and Louisiana crackheads. That still didn’t stop my family from getting even more drunk at the air bnb until 3 am to cope with the loss, when we had a flight to catch back to BWI at 5am. I had to “sleep” on the hardwood floor in a separate room to get away from the noise😂 Drunk, nauseas, rejected and feeling that L from the Ravens🤣 Not a good night all together in NOLA for your boy😂

For decades, I was you. When Montana was a Chief, I was definitely you. What you said about Zay's fumble, wasn't his fault. Sneed just made a play on the ball. Ravens were being immature all night. You said it yourself. 95 yards in penalties and a lot of that stems from extra stuff they didn't need to do. Watching the game I said to my brother, why aren't the Ravens running Gus? Gus was the one damn thing I feared most coming into this game and they just didn't use him. Guess he was nullified when the Chiefs jumped out to the lead and Ravens coaches felt they needed to throw to keep up. Anyway, great year for the Ravens, see ya'll next year.

Their is no shame losing to the world champs.
On another note, Ravens need to update their uniforms. The black is clean but they need to remove the purple accent on the end of the sleeves. Same with the other color ways, make it one color all the way through the sleeves for a more cleaner and classic look.

The most you could bring yourself to say is, "Lamar's not the best at times"? Why is so hard to admit he's an average passer of the football???? If he was a great passer why would it be a problem if they decided to pass? They have the weapons...what's the problem? Mahomes passed against the Ravens D and no one had a problem with it, yet the Ravens D was the best defense in the NFL all year. Why are we ok with Mahomes doing it and not ok with Jackson doing it? The only explanation is that one is not like the other. Lamar is a generational athlete, a great leader, and I think he deserves all the money he can get. But he's not a great passer, plain and simple.
"Something has to change around here" Yeah, YOU. YOU have to change your expectations of Lamar and the coaching staff. You have to change your expectations of how a game will go when you're facing an elite D, Patrick Mahomes, and Andy Reid. As a player, I understand always expecting to win because that mindset is required to be successful. But as a fan, by all means root for your team, but don't expect to walk away with a win in the face of evidence to the contrary.

Yea putting Lamar in shotgun every single play and going spread is insane, especially against a KC defense that's soft against the run but has a good secondary. They played right into their hands. That's terrible coaching.

The Ravens panic. They weren't use to someone driving the ball down on their defense and scoring a TD. It's like an undefeated fighter who gets tagged, some recover, some don't, the Ravens didn't. Also they really hadn't faced a Defense like the CHIEFS. Too much speed on defense, so they scrapped their offensive game plan and tried to surprise the Chiefs by catching them off guard. It didn't work. That's it in a nutshell. Refs didn't CHEAT, and Taylor Swift doesn't have anything to do with influncing the game. Bet the next RUMOR that comes out is she slept with the refs who will be calling the SB. !!!!

I feel your frustration I was at the game and left in the 4th quarter. Horrible game plan they ran the ball 6 times. After that game it felt like it was rigged for us to lose. Refs heavily favored the chiefs like always. I'm calling for Harbaugh to get fired enough is enough how many more years are we going to be dominant in the regular season and fall flat on our faces in the playoffs I'm over it

Chiefs Victory Lap 2024 - it's July and I'm going back and re-watching all the whining finger-pointing, blame-shifting videos of the Bills & Ravens fan bases, mainly to bask in the heartache and pain they're feeling.
