BMW E60/E61 550i - Revs, Accelerations & Sounds!

This video features my mom's BMW E61 550i Touring (Facelift model) with a lovely 4.8L V8 engine. The car is similar to the BMW E60 550i. The V8 of this car produces around 367 bhp, has a top speed of 250 Km/h and a 0-100 Km/h time of 5.4 seconds. I will make another video in the near future when the weather gets better. Enjoy!

R33C3 I’m warming to the look of the wagon but it will take time. I had the sedan in black and it was staunch. The wagons haven’t quite nailed the rear curves yet. Looks like it’s been bumped from behind. You could play with bumpers, diffusers and aero to get the right look though.

Maybe not if I had an unlimited fuel budget.
You can't get that sound from a diesel and although I do like the torque of the diesels (got an m57 myself), I wouldn't mind something that revs out higher and sings a bit.

@@swansmeister i think not, cuz they on have a shifter that looks like a DCT (same design as the 335i which available as a DCT). What i know that they were available as a SMG II in all model (?)
