Renovation of Spanish Holiday Home bought and complete (almost) in 6 months

I work as an estate agent in some of the small inland villages of Andalusia where properties are great value.
This video shows the before and after of a home that I sold to a lovely couple from UK. They wanted a fresh beach vibe feel and to creat outside space to really enjoy and use as an extension of the house.
They have certainly achieved that.

I used to live in Spain and surprised you didn't find a house with the "Arab Wind Tower" design (You open your door in the roof and your front door downstairs and the wind blow down the stair case to keep the house cool in the 40 degree heat in the summer. Anyway, Spanish buildings are far better quality than the English built ones, you will like the life in Audalucia.

Purchase was 32,000. Cost for a renovation like this would be around 25,000 but can vary still.
