It's most commonly known as an overtone gliss. yous use your jaw and throat muscles to produce an overtone (essentially a higher pitch concealed in a lower one) and you keep going up so they blend together. not sure if the bari player has insane chops or if that was just a controlled squeak at the end but either way it is really cool.
